Waihonua At Kewalo is already 75% sold

Waihonua at Kewalo Area MapThe Kakaako neighborhood is quickly becoming the neighbor of choice for people who prefer to purchase new, luxury condos in the Honolulu area.  Conveniently located between downtown Honolulu & Waikiki, the Kakaako neighborhood, has an abundance of restaurants & shopping, the only thing missing is a quality supermarket.   Whole Foods Market was supposed to open at Ward Center a couple of years ago, but the General Growth Parters bankruptcy proceeding halted construction, and the delays caused Whole Foods Market to pull out of their agreement.  I’ve heard a few rumors that Whole Foods is still considering opening the Ward/Kakaako area, so our fingers are crossed.

Not surprisingly, about 75% of the units at the “yet-to-be-built” Waihonua at Kewalo have already been sold.  There are a few other new condominium building being planned for Kakaako, so please contact us for the details on these exciting new offerings.  Again, the units in these buildings will also sell quickly, so contact us today to make sure you are able to get the unit that you desire.
