New listings in November were DOWN -6%% over last year
# of closed sales in November were the same as last year (25)
Median sales price in November is DOWN -3% over last year
Median Days on Market (DOM) in November UP 142% over last year
Inventory of homes for sale in November is UP 6% over last year
Condos
New listings in November were DOWN -27% over last year
# of closed sales in November were DOWN -27% over last year
Median sales in November price UP 3% over last year
Median Days on Market (DOM) is DOWN -56% over last year
Inventory of condo for sale in November is DOWN -3% over last year

The Honolulu Board of Realtors (HBR) releases real estate sales statistics two times each month.  The “Monthly Statistical Report” is an overview of the Oahu real estate sales statistics and is released during the first week of the month.  Around the 15th of each month, the “Local Market Update” provides a market update on a more local level.
