According to the Honolulu Board of Realtors, December snapped a 12 month streak in which the median home price increased. Last month prices for single family homes slipped less than 1%, however we don’t think this is indicitive of where our real estate market is headed. The median price on condo increased about 14% over last year, so December was a HUGE month with respect to median prices.
