2156 is a comfortable upper-corner studio at the Kepuhi Beach Resort. It is a good, legal vacation rental with very good revenue, featuring teak cabinets in the kitchen, a cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator, and other small appliances. The bathroom includes a custom teak countertop and cabinets, and the shower has been updated with Bali Blue tile. The unit features a queen bed and a folding futon couch, and is tastefully decorated with teak furniture from Bali. There are laundry facilities on the property. Kepuhi Beach is directly in front with great surfing, and our beaches are perfect for swimming and snorkeling during the summer months. Papohaku Beach is a few hundred yards away; it is 3 miles long and uncrowded year-round, often with only three people on it. Enjoy the nightly sunsets at the oceanfront pool. The HOA fee is $633 and covers water, sewer, electric, gas, grounds, and exterior maintenance. KBR has two companies with extremely fast internet available for all owners.
